​Balance- Notice stumbling, dizziness, or unsteadiness?

Eyes- Any sudden changes in vision?

Face – Is one side drooping when smiling?

Arm – Does one arm drift down when raised?

Speech – Words are slurred or odd?

Check your blood pressure regularly (goal <130/80 if advised by your doctor).

Stay active — 150 minutes of moderate activity + 2 strength days weekly.*

Eat smarter — Mediterranean or MIND-style meals, lower salt and sugar.

Don’t smoke or vape — get help to quit.

Remember BE FAST: Balance, Eyes, Face, Arm, Speech, Time.
